How long will it take for my order to ship?
Current turn around times are displayed at the top banner on the home page. The "turn around times" are estimates - typically products are made quicker and are able to ship or pick up sooner. If you have not received a pick up notification or shipping notification within 14 days from ordering - PLEASE reach out, it is our aim to ship items no later that 14 days from original order date. If your item is ready, you will be notified :)

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping within the United States. We are hoping to expand soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary based on the size and weight of your items.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your item please contact us directly via email.
Can I order bulk items or wholesale?
Yes! We love wholesale and bulk items - please send us an email so we can discuss all of the options available.
I received my package but did not receive a receipt?
We do not typically include receipts with every package, after ordering you should receive a detailed invoice.
I would like to order an item as a gift, can you please include a gift note?
