Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if the item you receive is defective, damaged, or received with a printing or spelling error made by Rosey Elephant Designs. All personalized orders will be "copied and pasted" from original text from buyer. Please double check your spelling, it will print EXACTLY how it is sent for personalized items.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any personalized item.
